These were done by 3ds max&vray,PS.

I personally trained for my little bro design & render.

This is my first exterior renovation design in Singapore.

Client want to change existing board room to discussion room.
They want oriental modernized style.I did design & visualize.

Product Lighting Test

This is modify image to my old colleague project which max file  texture setting,
lighting & render setting are already changed.
So different with finish result.Now i modify again to get final finishing.
